and fully machined hi-rel packages. We are the leading supplier of Feedthrus to the RF/Microwave community.

assurance and the highest levels of RF and electrical performance. In addition to RF and Microwave products, Thunderline-Z and our
sister division, the Fusite Engineered Products Group, also provide glass-to-metal sealing solutions for the instrumentation,
sensors, medical, lithium battery seal, and connector markets.
In addition to supplying feedthrus, Thunderline-Z has a wealth of experience installing them along with associated connectors using
our SolderTight oven based soldering technology, and Direct-Bond technology.
Thunderline-Z is a division of Fusite, part of the Emerson
network focused on supplying electronic components to a multitude of
industries. Since joining Fusite in 2000 we have enjoyed a new network of resources including 5 manufacturing sites around the world,
expanded engineering resources, in-house glass manufacturing, and an impressive array of testing capabilities. In-house manufacturing
capabilities include custom glass formulations, compression and matched sealing, gold and nickel plating, brazing, oven soldering,
resistance welding, and assembly. In addition, precision machined and stamped metal components are available.
